Benjamin BRAUN

I am a PhD student at the University of Warwick. My field of research is International Political Economy, and my PhD project is on the governance of expectations in the context of monetary policy. The Erasmus Mundus GEM School is an extraordinarily cosmopolitan community. I suddenly have colleagues and friends not just from across Europe, but from all over the world. Even though we are based at different universities, the GEM School provides ample opportunities to meet and to debate. It is great to be part of this unique network.

Justin BROWN

I am a doctoral candidate at the University of Warwick and the Free University of Brussels, undertaking research on innovation professionals and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. Prior to my doctoral research, I completed Masters degrees at the London School of Economics and Political Science, the University of Wroclaw and the Australian National University, and have teaching experience at a number of universities in Europe and Australia. The GEM PhD School is a growing network of interesting, engaging and stimulating individuals in the broad areas of international relations and EU studies, and I look forward to further getting to know the current and new members of GEM in the years ahead!
